The following ten strips used to be filed in the archives around April 2008. They've been bumped up to now so I can finish the storyline (which was never completed) while still providing you, the reader, with daily updates to the comic. So enjoy. They'll be moved BACK to April 2008 when this is all over.

Do I have your attention? Good. Despite what the date above says, this comic (and the rest of the accompanying storyline) was created in late-2008.

After that last storyline, where Basil ended up happy and Martina ended up sad, I took a year-long hiatus away from comics. I didn't know if I'd ever return, but return I did, on July 14th, 2008. When I came back, I decided that my year of not drawing would be reflected in the comic itself.

Thus, in between the storyline you just read and my return from hiatus, the characters all lived a year of life I didn't bother drawing. Their actions between December 2007 and October 2008 were a webcomic black hole... until now.

As a reward for those who generously threw some cash my way via Paypal, I started drawing "bonus" comics. The idea behind these bonus comics was to fill in the gap left by my hiatus. As such, even though they were created in 2008 and 2009, the bonus strips have been archived here in chronological order. Are you with me so far? Awesome.

Additionally, the nature of them being "bonus" comics means that this storyline isn't actually finished yet. Thus, if you're reading these strips and the timeline suddenly jumps forward to July, don't be surprised.
